1: Visit the MyHTSpace portal.

It’s essential to choose a security question that you’ll be able to answer quickly but that nobody else will have an easy time figuring out. You may want to avoid using personal information like your mother’s maiden name, your phone number, or your favourite colour. Instead, try using a favourite food or the year you were born.
6: Enter the email
If you forgot your MyHtSpace password, you could reset it by entering your email address below. All MyHtSpace members are required to have a valid email address to use the website. If you do not remember your email address, contact MyHtSpace customer service for assistance.
7: Click Submit
