1: Visit the MyHTSpace portal.

To reset your MyHTSpace password, visit the MyHTSpace portal and follow the prompts. After creating a new password, you can change your email address or other information on the site.

2: Open Security & Privacy

You can open MyHTSpace security & privacy settings by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page. Here, you’ll find an option for a password reset. Clicking Continue will lead you to MyHTSpace with your new password already in place!

3: Go to ‘forgot password.’

The forgot password button is simple to find in the top right corner of MyHTSpace. To use this feature, you will need to enter your personal email address, username, and password when signing up for the account. The system will send an email with a link that takes you through resetting your password. When you click on the link, it will prompt you to enter your new password before proceeding. 4: Choose a new password.

5: Choose A security question.

It’s essential to choose a security question that you’ll be able to answer quickly but that nobody else will have an easy time figuring out. You may want to avoid using personal information like your mother’s maiden name, your phone number, or your favourite colour. Instead, try using a favourite food or the year you were born.

6: Enter the email

Click on the link in the email that says Recover MyHTSpace or Forgot Password. Select either If I have an account or If I don’t have an account. Provide personal information like name, birthday, and location of school (for students), and click on next. Enter the old password as well as the new password twice and click on submit.
